80 YEARS combined experience

Co-Founders

The co-founders of LHPP, Rob Laffey and Steve Holloway, have a combined 40+ years of experience in property development and community creation, including executive level positions with some of Australia’s largest and most reputable publicly listed developers. Coupled with an expert team of highly credentialed staff with extensive experience in property development across South East Queensland, the result is a high level of commercial acumen and a proven track record of delivery.

Both Rob and Steve grew up in family business environments which instilled the values of authentic, open communication and unwavering commitment to deliver on their representations. Their pursuit is to create reputational trust, which starts with the simple mantra of doing what they say they’ll do. This combination of experience and values provides a unique and valuable proposition for LHPP’s partners and customers.

Both Rob and Steve sit across all aspects of the business, however Rob primarily focuses on the site acquisition, project positioning, sales and marketing phases of a project whilst Steve primarily focuses on the development approval, funding and construction phases of a project.
